1. I’m Not the NSA
   Contanam uses Substack to host this newsletter. Substack handles the technical data—like your email address, IP address, and cookie preferences. They have their own privacy policy (which is probably boring, but you can read it here).

2. I Won’t Sell Your Soul
   I will never sell, rent, or give your email address to third parties. I hate spam as much as you do. If you subscribe, you only get my posts. No “buy my course” BS, no ads for sketchy supplements, no political fundraising. Probably no political fundraising. Likely no political fundraising.

3. External Links
   Sometimes I link to outside sources (news articles, books, Wikipedia). Those sites have their own privacy policies. If they track you, that’s on them, not me.

4. Unsubscribe
   If you decide you hate my guts (or just the newsletter), you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer. No hard feelings. Okay, maybe a little.
